At Melrose Humane Society, we are committed to providing a safe and loving environment for every animal in our care. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and find forever homes for our rescues.
At PetSmart in Saugus, we have volunteers come in 2 times a day - morning and evening to feed and clean our rescues.
Our volunteers fill out daily sheets to let everyone know about every cat's status. All volunteers and caretakers need to know about how a cat is managing and if any special care is needed.
